All of our belts and dog collars are made to order, bespoke items. As such, they cannot be returned unless faulty. Please ensure you are happy with the size you want, and the leather colour before placing your order. If you need any help or advice with placing an order, please email me at saddlersretreat@gmail.com and I'll be happy to help.

Gifts may be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days provided that the goods are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Safe carriage of returned items is the responsibility of the customer.
