Terms and conditions for the supply of goods and services by Saddlers Retreat:

1. These terms and conditions apply to all goods and services provided by Saddlers Retreat.  By placing an order with Saddlers Retreat, you are confirming your acceptance of these terms and conditions.  Please read them, and the Privacy Policy carefully and please contact me before placing an order if you have any questions or are unhappy.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights in my designs, website and the content thereof remain the property of Saddlers Retreat and are protected by copyright.

4. Website

Our website may contain links to websites owned by other companies and people, and we are not responsible for such sites.

​

5. Orders

Orders for goods and services can be made through the Saddlers Retreat website or by email.

​

  5.1 - All products are primarily made by hand, using traditional methods, and customers must be aware that leather is a natural product.  Therefore, variations and imperfections which do not affect the use of goods supplied, can occur.

​

  5.2 - All images of our products used on the website or social media are illustrative, therefore, the colour and other details may vary.  If you require an exact colour or appearance please make this clear before ordering and request a sample if necessary.

​

  5.3 - Clients are solely responsible for giving accurate measurements and any other information required for bespoke items.  A measuring guide is provided on the website, but please ask for any further explanation prior to ordering if needed.

​

  5.4 - Any change to a bespoke order must be communicated to Saddlers Retreat within 48 hours of placing the order.  Saddlers Retreat will notify the customer if the changes will incur extra costs as a result.  The customer may choose to:  continue with the original order, agree to the revised price and pay the extra owed, or cancel the order.

​

  5.5 - Where goods are purchased from Saddlers Retreat, ownership of the goods does not pass to the customer until Saddlers Retreat has received payment in full.

 

6. Delivery

Dispatch times may vary and Saddlers Retreat is not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control.
